The topic of my bachelor thesis is „Mincer“ or „meat grinder“. The essence of this topic is to create new design of appliance for meat processing at home or in small-scale production. New types of materials and design shaping given ergonomic, hygienic and economics requirements have to be used. Also I have to create inovative packaging.

The result of this work is appliance used on the border of home and industry with variable power source. It is designed for the target group of small producers of meat, small farmers and butchers. This mincer design includes several hygienical and ergonomical innovations like: storability, Intuitive operation and simlpe cover.
