This book is the catalog of the photography contest "Viana do Castelo - Port City", promoted by the APDL — Administration of the Ports of the Douro, Leixões and Viana do Castelo. We try to understand this catalog as an object of the port itself. The metallic printed cover, the stencil font and the yellow color on the text pages reflect the port work space facing the city. The dialogue established between the city and the port finds in the photographs of this catalog its space of reflection and contemplation.

Este livro é o catálogo do Concurso de Fotografia "Viana do Castelo - Cidade Portuária", promovido pela APDL — “Administração dos Portos do Douro, Leixões e Viana do Castelo. Procuramos entender este catálogo como um objeto do próprio porto. A capa impressa em cor metalizada, a fonte "stencil" e a cor amarela nas páginas de texto refletem o espaço de trabalho do porto que está voltado para a cidade. O diálogo estabelecido entre a cidade e o porto encontra nas fotografias deste catálogo o seu espaço de reflexão e contemplação.
