History of the name of the hotel. Skopeli is the port of Istrion Greek colony, 
which existed on the site of present Odessa in 6 centuries BC.
Three circular windows on the facade of the hotel not only create an interesting atmosphere in the rooms. They symbolize the three most important for us planet: the Earth, the Moon and the Sun.
