Situated along the promenade of the peninsula of Constanta, in Romania, my proposal tries to establish a connection between the city and the seashore, by creating new bonds through a general intervention closely linked to the existing landmarks.
The URBAN FRAME concep, starts from the ideea of bringing the  natural environment, inside the city. Thus, ramp structures, functionning as pavilions, serv as end points for each street that leads directly to the sea.
At the perception level, this structures seem to levitate giving the impression of an Urban Frame and regaining the true identity of the area, as a lanscape. Moreover, by completing the existing promenade with new elements, and also by creating a natural urbanized space through the design of perimetral pathways along the slope, a new transitional bond with great potential, is created.
