Winner: Student Silver ADDY Award – Magazine Design, AAF-Greenville 2017
Edge Magazine is a travel & lifestyle hybrid magazine that is based on a philosophy of bettering life by experiencing different places, cultures, and architecture. Each seasonal issue highlights four cities in different parts of the world and identifies their unique History & Culture, Art & Architecture and Cuisine. Each city's chapter also includes an article written by someone who visited the city that describes how they were affected by their personal experience. The "editors and staff," various members of the Bauhaus, encourage readers to embrace modernist philosophy by using their own travel experience to improve their everyday lives.
Personal Role: My duties included research, layout design, typesetting and gathering written material along with my three group members. My personal responsibilities included designing and editing the Singapore section and acting as chief copywriter and editor.
