I had to start this shot from scratch. Going through all the different steps from layout with basic Geos for projection to the shot camera animation to the finallizing steps in nuke. A full 2D matte painting was then created  and a 2.5D projection set-up in nuke ready to be passed to comp. Different layers were create to work with the parallax needed for this camera move.
