Diotima is a free font created to meet a list of challenges. Can a practical font (meaning legible, usable) be created which has characters that each occupy the same footprint, has no curves, and in fact, employs only straight lines? Diotima is made entirely of vertical and horizontal lines and lacks all angles, excepting those which are 90 degrees. Now updated to contain the original uppercase characters and numbers as well as new lowercase letters and symbols. 

The font is free for both personal and commercial use.
