The Problem

The problem was how the users can easily book a cleaning service from any device with a seamless 60-second booking process and a secure payment online hassle free.

I have decided to focus on the booking process, evaluating all the apps that provide online booking, analysing the competitors and evaluating all the positive and negative reviews.
