When the time came for a regular client to launch a newannual conference — the InternationalConference on Viral Hepatitis — they turned to DOSSU to establish a visualidentity for the conference and to help infuse the event and venue with the newbrand.

With the field of hepatitis treatment rapidly expanding, wedeveloped an identity for the conference that visually represented this notionand paired it with a type treatment that was clinical, but also had a pleasant “bedsidemanner.” We then worked to make sure a strong visual impression was achievedduring the event by implementing cost-effective strategies to reinforce the newidentity. These included banners, event venue signage, a program book,projection design, and giveaways like tote bags, pens, and notepads.

DOSSU worked with theclient’s in-house event planner to coordinate the development, production, andtimely delivery of all the items. In the end, the hotel venue staff was soimpressed by the conference materials that they asked the planners for anintroduction to our firm. We've also provided event support for this conference in subsequent years.
