In December 2016, I traveled to Sri Lanka on a week long trip with a friend. The cities i visited included Colombo, Kandy, and various others in the Southern district of Galle. What struck me most about the country was the cleanliness of its streets and beaches, and the untouched beauty of its landscapes.

The highlights of the trip included the hours spent lounging on the beach, the walks on the cobbled streets within the beautiful Dutch Fort in Galle, the delicious sea food dishes served around the country, and of course the stunning scenic views at offer.
