SongBird Logo/Brand Development - The main challenges faced with this was to mix the idea of a bird and music theme together. Without having or making it feel obvious with subtle elements of both that merge into one.
First Logo Variations as you can see below are the mix of a quaver with wings. However when focusing on the negative space you can see a the eye of the bird. It is to imply a bird beating its wings in the negative space from the quaver.
Second set of logo's is a bird, with a music symbolic feel, it can be anything the viewer perceives it as, music wave lengths, audio mixer sliders or anything in between.
The third set is of a clef with wings and in various colours, both with different wings and tails.
This was solely experimentation of the effects in Photoshop to give it a glowing effect, however the client wanted a specific effect which i applied in the next set of images.
The required effect was of a paint brush, home made feel and not too crisp or sharp. This was applied to all the logos, most in favour of the client.
