seven flats
H1 has been built in the district of “Case Gentili” and forms the eastern end of the private street Via del Pergolato. The approach of the proposal was to develop a residential complex in strong connection to the context. Located in a remote, poorly inhabitated part of Cesena, the small site stretches over 625 square meters of near a country landscape. The three floors contain seven apartments divided in four different tipologies.Architectural language is pure and geometric, a little composition of simple forms marked by the shadows.
