Solving User Experience Problems

Challenges and obstacles are a natural part of design. It's how you solve them that makes the difference. each project below demonstrates a challenge that a customer faced. These images represent the end solutions.
As the Borenstein Group grew so did their client base. They were able to expand their business to include commercial clients. But their website had the look and feel of being marketing services for government contractors only. To ensure that this problem was solved I consulted with individuals who used the web site on a daily basis and found out where the design was lacking. It was hard for potential commercial clients to find information that was tailored to them. The solution, offer a path specifically for each commercial and government clients.
The design challenge for Newbrook Solutions was to take an outdated site and bring it into the light using good design execution to showcase their services as a IT Solutions company.
Outreach Inc specializes in feeding hungry children domestically and abroad. With a site that sent mixed messages as to where their true mission was headed, this project required a lot of information architecture and content sorting to create user-friendly content & design that was informative with out being overwhelming
