Social Housing Project: Technical Resolution
As a part of the Architecture Masters 1 program it was required to develop a full set of working and submission drawings to accompany the design work. The design project required students to develop a mixed-use building with a social housing component. The structure of the building is that of a concrete frame with timber infill. This project also required the building to comply and receive a GBCSA rating. Certain green elements shown were incorporated to recieve such a rating.
