NUTRITIONNISTE URBAIN - Brand strategy

Where it began - Back in 2013, right when we finished University, my childhood friend Bernard Lavallée and I sat down at a Chinese restaurant and we talked about what we wanted to do with our life. Since high school, we were always looking for trouble. We did not care if we didn't fit with "cool kids". We just wanted to have fun, laugh and invest our time in our passion. Bernard, who was about to graduate as a dietician - didn't want to take the traditional path (meaning-private consultation).
Myself, who just graduated in marketing - didn't want to take the traditional path of working 9 to 5 in an advertising agency. 
So, we decided to create something in what we believe in.
Brand positioning inspired by marvelous humans (2014) - We evaluated Bernard's strengths: communication, vulgarization, and creativity.  He also has a wonderful partner named Simon who is a genius in design and art. We combined both worlds and started to create this wonderful journey. 
Website and social media - We launched a simple Facebook page on January 1st, 2014. Today (January 4th, 2017), we can count 50k+ enthusiast fans.  We also launched in 2016 our online store.
First book published by La Presse (2015) - Bernard and Simon published their first book under the brand's name and philosophy.
Seeds booklets (2015-2017) - We created different seeds booklets and sold them online. The objective was to revive some rare plants. Click here to see the whole project in Simon L'Archeveque's portfolio.
