A vision for The Royal Docks
Identified as the capital’s next business district, the historic Royal Docks area in Newham, East London is home to the largest enclosed dock in the world. The whole area is set to gain over 9,000 new homes by 2027. Marketed as Royal Albert Wharf we worked on planning CGIs for the second phase of the project. When complete the regeneration will deliver 1,558 homes. 928 private sale, 300 Shared Ownership, 257 affordable rent and 73 market rent.
