Embroidery: Don't eat and sew

Inspired by some embroidered edibles I remembered the old german saying that you should not eat and sew. Eating while doing handcrafts is basically the dumbest thing to do because you can ruin your work easily (drinking coffee or tea, too...) if you are clumsy or Murphy strikes again on your almost finished piece.
The chocolate cannot be pierced through while cold, so I used a candle to warm a thicker sewing needle and pierced every hole before embroidering. While embroidering I discovered you should use very short threads, because the thread will get stained by the chocolate every time you pull it through the holes.
