Constellation
Constellation is a concept of an Artist in Residence program in San Stino, Italy. It is all about the network, exchange and collaboration between different sections of art and design.
Each pavilion provides space for either one or two artists. The space in the pavilions is characterized by a shelf construction which allows the artist to create his own individual working space, in order to find his creative freedom.
The usage of light is a main aspect of Constellation. It symbolizes the process of work and creative thinking. The agricultural net as the membrane of the pavilions allows the ateliers to lighten up and adds the fascinating and translucent character.
