Arctic ice shrinkage is a global concern producing an opportunity for unique luxury experiences and urgently needed scientific research. This project will develop a 300m sustainable luxury Ice-Class Arctic explorer vessel to support scientific research and curated luxury experiences for 36 guests, designed to 13-36 PYC.

Like a private members club cruise ship, Beluga was designed for only 18 guests and their family, 44 scientists and assistants and 120 crews for comfort journey. Guests, scientists and crew areas are located in different area and be able to interact with massive atrium. 

To support the sustainability agenda the vessel and tenders etc. will be hydrogen powered, this hydrogen will be produced by floating wind turbines located around the region.
