Tesco grocery home delivery slot booking process exploration
Approach: A variety of desktop and mobile prototypes were devised and tested to help prove or disprove hypotheses concerning how best to aid customers when choosing their grocery delivery slot.
Concepts included:
• Varying flows of information delivery
• Varying layouts/matrix grid mechanics
• Varying amounts of data shown at a time
• Inclusion of new features within the matrix grid
• New UI styling

Testing:
Prototypes were tested with customers from a range of demographics with varying levels of experience shopping with Tesco. Testing techniques included remote interviews, guerrilla testing and one to one lab interviews with high fidelity prototypes, across several devices.
