London’s award winning venue, The Brewery, is to open an exclusive private members club – “The Retreat”. The upscale members’ only club has been created specifically as a base for Chinese guests for the duration of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games; current media partnership is the Financial Times. With a client list featuring the heads of FTSE-100 companies, The Retreat is set to house London’s movers and shakers. It’s the kind of place that would make Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg feel welcome.Especially chosen Mandarin and Cantonese speaking staff, 24 hour concierge service and unlimited Chinese and Western food from the Brewery’s noted Chefs ensure that the needs of every guest are catered for individually. The Retreat will be one of the most coveted memberships in London this summer, enhancing the London experience for those with Olympic tickets or without.

Day membership is HKD 3,610 or RMB 2,950 for which visitors will have access to the facilities between 06:30am to 02:00am.
Membership to The Retreat for 17 days is HKD 36,900 or RMB 30,100. The Season Membership is transferable between associates of the main holder but only allows one person into the building at any one time.

Rescued from the madding crowd, members can relax and enjoy massages, manicures and a variety of treatments in the glitzy surroundings of The Retreat’s Backstage Area. In conjunction with CityPoint Club, The backstage Area will offer the following services for men and women from 2pm-7pm Monday to Friday.

 THE CLUB
Catch up with the newspapers or online news over a relaxed breakfast or lunch in the comfortable surroundings of the club lounge. By night enjoy evening cocktails and late night dancing, in the stylish and elegant Club with it’s late night licence until 2 a.m.Membership to The Retreat for 17 days is HKD 36,900 or RMB 30,100. The Season Membership is transferable between associates of the main holder but only allows one person into the building at any one time. Multiple participants will each require their own Membership or guest pass to gain access.
 THE CINEMA
You’re under starters orders; it’s time to focus on watching the games. The Retreat will be filled with screens for your viewing pleasure, but if it is a big screen you want, then make your way to the cinema. The cinema’s high end vintage surroundings will provide you with a warm and welcoming environment to get comfy, and catch all the Olympic action on the state of the art supersized screen with roaring sound system. Not forgetting of course a trip to the cinema wouldn’t be complete without free flowing drinks and popcorn available from the Retreat’s concession stand.
 THE COUNTRY CLUB
Your membership gives you entry to the exclusive, stylish Country Club. The feel of a traditional English Club will have universal appeal. Watch the big screen Olympic action from the comfort of an armchair. With interactive sports simulators and other amusements providing a welcome distraction from the sports coverage. Unrestricted WI-FI allows members to catch up on their emails and messages, while relaxing in this traditional English setting.
 THE GREAT BRITISH DINER
The concept of a traditional American diner is given a very English makeover. With fine food, striking décor and interactive entertainment all set against a backdrop of classic British Pop from the Diner juke box. Visitors and City people can enjoy a traditional hearty English breakfast before setting out for their day’s activities, returning any time to watch further action on The Retreat’s big screens. Also to be enjoyed will be lunch and dinner menus created by the Brewery’s Executive Chef, Tom Gore, which will include traditional English fare and a colourful range of Asian dishes. A highlight of the day will be a very traditional, “quintessentially English” afternoon tea.
