Tracing the Silence
Mapping the influence of Depeche Mode’s classic hit “Enjoy the Silence”, from the World Violation tour till today. Nodes are songs, and they’re linked together whether they’ve been played in the same gig. The thickness of the links is proportional to the amount of times two or more songs have been played together in the same concert. The node size is proportional to its weighted degree* wD (number and frequency of connections).
