F84 Games Bumper (Man Vs. Wild Edit)

The following images are style frames/story-boards for the "F84 Games" Bumper.

Concept 1. (Lost in the Game)
Frame 1
The Sequence opens with a small blue flash in the center of the screen, fading up to mimic the scan-lines of old CRT T.V.s
Frame 2
The Scan-lines Dissolve to reveal the viewer positioned in orbit above earth.
The camera immediately begins pushing down toward the surface in "Heads Up" Position
(always facing toward the horizon)
Frame 3
The camera falls in to the atmosphere with small re-entry fire around the lens, and associated vibration.
Frame 4
The camera breaks through the atmosphere and we begin to see the terrain; a dry, windy, arid desert.
Frame 5
We now reach a relatively low altitude, and the desert whips by below the camera.  As we reach the ridge, the terrain begins transitioning to trees under cloud-cover.
Frame 6
As the camera enters the forest environment, it begins raining heavily with gusty winds whipping the tree-tops around. Rain-drops begin sticking to the lens, then shortly are blown away by the wind.

We push further in to the rain-storm.
Frame 7
As the camera pushes through several dense sheets of rain, we emerge in the heart of the thunderstorm.  Torrential rains pour heavily, and gusty winds howl as their effects are seen in the rain.
The camera continues pushing through the valley.
Frame 8
The Camera pushes out of the forest environment, we emerge at the foot of a dark, cloud-covered mountain.
The Rain begins turning to snow as the camera pushes up one of the canyon ridges to ascend to the peak.
Frame 9
As the camera travels further up the mountain, the snow gets heavier, and arctic winds begin blowing snow and ice-dust.
Frame 10
The camera arrives at the summit, where it eases to a sudden stop, and trucks around the monolithic "F84" logo atop the mountain.
As the camera stops at a straight on view of the "F84" megalith, it pushes toward the logo slowly.
Frame 11
As the camera pushes in to the megalith, it transitions to the glossy full-layout of the "F84 Games" Logo.
(Fade to black)
Lastly, all of the previous panels in order, paced out in a ten second animatic.
The above video is a small demonstration of rendering physical and atmospheric elements in Stereo 3D.
The above video is a full-motion animatic of the F84 intro incorporating changes from boards.
