Swirl is a kinetic sculpture based on radial symmetry. The idea originated from a snowflake and how each one is unique. When several ice crystals stick together, they form a snowflake. As they tumble through the air, swirling and spiralling, they fall and float through clouds with different temperatures and moisture levels, which shapes each one in a unique way.
This is a rendition of that dynamic transition.
