Just as its name, my idea from samurai armour. Door used mirror material and shape design from shoulder part of samurai armour. Looking it from different angle it will appear different light. Natural hard wood for frame. Back piece also used mirror to enhance shadow.
This table is my Functional Art project. My idea from Grand Rapids city under the setting sun. I select oak wood for leg, walnut wood for top. I want to keep natural wood colour to enhance colour contrast. The leg's hook structure with oak wood it will be keep good quality too long time. I keep some lines on the top, it likes city shadow to enhance piece abstract stereognosis.
Oriental simpleness style with specific style hardware. Poplar wood with dove-tail structure. Keeping natural colour for interior.
