We have been asked by Harmonie Mutuelle to reinforce the digital presence into a new concept store based in Angers, France.
Harmonie Mutuelle is really attached to the human aspect of their mission. Bringing digital into the store was a way to give visibility to unknown initiatives and freedom to client by building experiments on digital devices.
Very first contact with public, we encourage Harmonie Mutuelle to focus on the human aspect of theirs services. We focus on three layouts and communication pattern : service's presentation, Q&A, key data.
Reinsurance inside the store had two objectives : communicate about unknown initiatives and invite people to take part of the debate using social media.
Device experiment, touch table
Time killing experiment, the touch table help the user to choose services depending on his profil and medical background. By moving the physical hexagon on the table, the user will have access to exclusive content.
