A Sweet Christmas in Italy

The visualization analyses twenty typical Christmas italian desserts, one for each of the twenty regions.
For each dessert are shown ingredients according to their presence in percentage and to their typology: cereals and derivative; fruits, vegetables and derivative; milk and cheese; fats and oils; eggs and beans; sugar and other sweeteners; chocolate, coffee and spices; alcoholics.
On the right-hand side, for each dessert is visualized the cooking time, for standing, rising or drying in consecutive working phases, baking time and the type of baking required.
