The book is designed to accompany the tasting project used by the Argentinian team in the world ice-cream making championship. Every sense is dealt with in a folder that features a special paper-making technique; for example, the sense of hearing is interpreted with perforations that entice tearing, touch with a texture made thanks to a series of dry stamps.
