This dissertation is intended to provide an optimal design solution for the user. Providing barrier free environment, user responsive design and managing complexities with sensitivity are the aspects that governed the design investigations. Along with sociological and psychological aspects of the cerebral palsied children, the design is intended to project a character of physically easier, mentally meaningful and emotionally satisfying for the child. The playful shapes for the parapet, skylights, etc. creates a motivating environment for the users.
