HOUSE OF ING
AMSTELVEEN, NETHERLANDS
Banks are usually not the most inviting institutes. Filled with endless desks, cold materials and corporate colours, they feel distant and cold. ING felt there was a need to move away from that stereotype. People these days don’t even need banks anymore, but they do need banking. A bank should be about hospitality, a place where everyone feels welcome and at home. A place where conversations are started and relations can be built. A place that sells you reality instead of dreams, talks to you on a human level and gives you clarity and insight about what really happens to your money. A real personal bank, 'The bank next door'.
After succesfull implementation to their Amstelveen branch, the 'House of ING' concept is now being rolled out nationally.
