The objective of the project is to redesign the shopping bag and poster bag for Boston Symphony Orchestra to make it look more attractive to a younger demographic. The four sides of the shopping bag and poster bag represent four kinds of instruments in an orchestra, woodwind, percussion, brass, and string, in a flat style with three colors, black, white and red. Black and white, because they represent sound and silence, which together create music. The color red represent passion, because passion is essential to creating any art form, including music. The tissue paper is a music sheet.
