Decided to add a piece of progression to show how simple it is to edit something small in to something worth looking at.

PS. To all blank circle enthusiasts... I apologize.

Step 1. I drew a circle.

Step 2. I copied that circle, and made them both red.

Step 3. Coloured the inner circle center blue. Added a white star.

Step 4. Found a scratch texture.

Step 5. Added the scratches to the circlecirclestar thing.

Step 6. Added a horrible drop shadow effect... Just terrible.

Step 7. Black Background

Step 8. Final touch ups. Including gradients and editing of the scratches.


Boom.
