Briefing
Genetics explain a huge variety of questions about who we are. It is a fundamental topic for contemporary science. It is difficult to explain it to young students.
The aim was to create an audiovisual animation to young publics that could illustrate the genetics and their importance both on individual and society.

Storyboard
It was very important to have a good storyboard to debate narrative and promote the production. The goal is to have a clear scientific speech for kids as animations and illustrations that could support and enfatize the communication.
Paper Works
The main material used were paper cut figures. And even been produced 3d rendered material, the goal was to explore the material identity. Scenarios, paper figures, a huge paper and real objects and hands
The materialization of knowledge was the insight so the interaction of real elements and digital efects was the mean to reach a long and scientific speech..

Post production
Mix media elements were combined in order to reach clear illustrations of the scientific speech. Stop motion was a cliente will, and so every transition was made to reach an analogical look and feel.
