With years of experience as a critical nurse and nursing educator, Fred developed a new role as Coordinator of Educational Technology at Florida Hospital. He was responsible for obtaining, implementing and managing a learning management system for the entire enterprise. He developed content for the LMS, including video production, audio production, graphics development, and module design. Fred provided computer support for the nursing education department and was a liaison to the IT department.
