Star wars Constructvism propaganda poster.

This is my take on Constructivism; The empire propganda/recruitment poster.

We got tasked in school to choose and replicate a specific art movement from the history of graphic design. I choose to be inspired of the works of Aleksandr Rodschenko. A graphic designer and one of the founders of the art movement called Constructivism.

Since we have a new flood of Star Wars movies and i'm a huge nerd i thought i would be funny to try and create a propaganda poster. Since much of Rodschenko's involved strict lines and ALOT fo black, red and white i though it matched perfect with the colors of the empire and sith.

Everything in the picture is vectors and created by me in Illustrator and InDesign.
The text was first written as a regular typeface and then converted to vectors to be manipulated to the form that they have in the picture.

The Tie-Fighters in the background are fully detailed and could be used on their own as they are vectors as well.

What would happen if you combine an old Russian art movement with a universe from a long, long, long time ago?
