The design is based on the analysis of the context in which we are to intervene, a heavily industrial peripheral area, subject to important transformations, characterized by the presence of imposing skyscrapers.

Our design aims to redevelop the area, we can define a brownfield, without erasing the original vocation of the site, however, looking at the changes taking place.
The urban mending operation is based on the revival of some characteristic aspects of industrial buildings: as the repetition of the structure and the shed roof.
So that the building can be recognizable and innovative we hacked these two aspects, creating an alternation between full volume, always very light, almost ethereal and glass volume, of large greenhouses which, in addition to being important for the control of air quality inside, in the warmer periods of the year, they may open up, creating real green passageways between the volumes.
A very important aspect is the natural element that in the project becomes an active part of the renewal, as not only does the setting intervention, creating the screens to mitigate acoustic pollution arising from the surrounding infrastructure, but it enters inside the building, forming veritable urban parks in continuous mutation.

The extremity of the building repeats the element of closure of old production facilities, designed for commercial and office activities, turning it into a transparent hub in which the city comes in the building.
This public space and relationship that integrates the executive offices is the heart of the building, where you can also see from the outside life and the activities that take place there.
We have created a building in which you leave the Fordist production model, to give space to the comparison, the sharing of ideas, the breaks, the creation, relaxation and fun.
The entire complex has within it, on each floor, the spaces, even outdoors, where people can meet and share their work, their experiences and knowledge.
Not only the work is important for the production, but also the ongoing relationship with the greenery, the use of colors, the ability to make movement during breaks, on the ground floor there is a bike path that connects the entire building .
Even the individual offices are flexible, configurable by the user, from the spatial point of view, thanks to the use of modular elements and by the morphological, with the use of small devices, such as to adjust the height of the table, allowing those wishing to work in the foot.
The reduction of energy consumption is fundamental, through the use of active and passive systems, some of which are integrated with home automation systems.
The orientation of the building is designed to maximize the contribution of the sunlight.
