»Let’s Make The Office Great Again!« will jeden dazu ermuntert, über Eines nachzudenken: Bin ich Herr meiner Arbeit und meines Arbeitsplatzes oder ist das Gegenteil der Fall? Die Überzeugung von LMTOGA! ist: Um die Herausforderungen der Arbeitswelt souverän zu meistern, muss man seinen Arbeitsplatz in- und auswendig kennen. Man muss ihn erforschen. Man muss seine Grenzen austesten. Man muss ihn formen – ihn definieren. Nicht umgekehrt! Das ist Kreativität. Kreativität ist Kontrolle. Auf der Orgatec 2016 wurde ein Labor in Form einer interaktiven Rauminstallation aufgebaut. Ein durchsichtiges Zelt, aufgespannt in einem Gerüst, stellt das Labor dar. Die Messebesucher konnten von außen über ein Tablet mit dem Versuchsobjekt im Inneren, dem stereotypen Arbeitsplatz, interagieren. Dazu kombinierten sie Begriffe aus vier Kategorien (ACTION., TOOL., ITEM. und STYLE.) zu Handlungsanweisungen für zwei Laboranten im Inneren des Zeltes, die diese dann interpretierten und abarbeiteten.

Das Projekt wurde im Mai 2017 mit einem goldenen ADC Nagel ausgezeichnet.

"Let's Make The Office Great Again!" would encourage anyone to think about one thing: Am I the master of my workplace and therefore my job, or is the opposite the case? The conviction of LMTOGA! is: To master the challenges of the working world sovereignly, one must know his workplace inside out. You have to explore it. You have to test its limits. You have to shape it - define it. Not the other way around! This is creativity. Creativity is control. At Orgatec 2016 in Cologne, a laboratory was built in the form of an interactive room installation. A transparent tent, tense in a scaffolding, represents the laboratory. The visitors could interact from the outside via a tablet with the experimental object inside, the stereotypical workplace. They combined terms from four categories (ACTION., TOOL., ITEM., and STYLE.) to instructions for two laborers inside the tent, which they interpreted and worked through.
