Full-page Ad Concepts for Women Employed
Women Employed (WE) is a nonprofit in Chicago that is dedicated to women's rights in the workplace, and fights for protection against discrimination, sexual harassment and other types of unfair treatment. They advocate for fair pay, job security during illness or maternity leave and educational opportunities that help women to advance in their careers.

I designed three testimonial ads that could be used to promote WE in an empathetic way.
This ad is from the perspective of the woman's husband instead of the woman herself, which is an unexpected, noticeable approach for promoting a women's organization. [Image credits: Graphicstock]
In this ad, the coffee cup anchors the story of a woman who WE defended after she was unjustly fired from her job for refusing to make coffee for the attorneys at the firm. [Image credit: Graphicstock]
This ad highlights the issue of pregnancy discrimination in the workplace by allowing the reader to visualize what it would be like for a woman to nurture her newborn daughter while dealing with an uncertain financial future. [Image credit: Latasha A. Willis]
