1. WHAT IS REQUIRED?

· Invitation design and layout to final art in a physical mailand electronic print form.


2. WHAT IS THEOPPORTUNITY AND/OR PROBLEM THAT THE ADVERTISING MUST
ADDRESS?

· There are many inner-city young men who would like to attendBHH but they do not believe it is financially possible. This scholarshipprogram gives one inner-city young man a year the opportunity to receive a fouryear Hendricken education without financial worry.


3. WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE ADVERTISING?

· The role of the advertising is to inform and engage thereader so that they will want to attend the event and assist with thescholarship fund. It is important tomake the reader feel as though they will be making a difference in a young man’slife by contributing.



4. WHO ARE WE TALKING TO? WHAT INSIGHTS DO WE HAVE?

· Our target audience is Male business professionals 25-65 whomay or may not have graduated from BHH but have a strong belief in a Catholic Educationand a connection to the school. They have disposable income and want to help underprivilegedyouths to better themselves through faith and education.


5. WHATSINGLE-MINDED RESPONSE DO WE WANT?

· I want to attend the dinner and participate in the eventsbecause it will be a fun experience and gives me the opportunity to change ayoung man’s life.



6. WHAT SUPPORT DOWE HAVE TO HELP PRODUCE THIS RESPONSE?

· The event has been held annually since 2002, successfullyraising a scholarship fund for a full 4 year tuition to BHH. There are also thelives of the young men who have received the scholarship previously that canattest to the advantages they were afforded from the education.
