Problem Statement : Used to understand focus client POV. Allows the problem to be defined by clients / product owners and can expose and articulate goals, issues & KPI's
Product IS / IS NOT : Used to expose product Insights and branding POV. A creative thinking and lateral thinking exercise to help draw relationship and articulate creative direction. 
What If, I like, I Wish : Used primarily during brainstorming / ideation sessions. What If, I Like, I Wish is a conversation and communication workshop exercise that forces generation of ideas and producing solutions. 
Hypothesis Statement : Used to understand focus design / product teams. Used in combination with the Problem Statement. 
Empathy Maps: Used to understand focus and find insights for design & product teams. Used in combination with the Proto-Persona exercise. 
Insights: Used to understand focus insights for design & product teams. Used in combination with the Proto-Persona, Empathy Maps, Promise / Purpose exercises.  
OAC Maps: Used to understand focus system relationships for design & product teams. Used in combination with the Proto-Persona, Empathy Maps, Promise / Purpose exercises.
