leonardo di caprio - climate change speech
Leonardo Di Caprio used his image and his voice as a world recognised actor and as a recently named UN messenger of peace to rise awareness and to call for action on climate change on his famous speech at the United Nations. I visually represented his speech on a poster format, trying to be as striking and clear as the speech originally is. I created infographics of valid data supporting they key elements of Di Caprio's message. The poster is layed out in a 3 columns grid to organise both text and the supporting visual data infographics around it. I chose a simple, dark and contrasty color scheme to best illustrate the importance and the urgency of his message. I also imagined a way to reflect the poster into mobile device screens, which is now a much more intimate way of consuming media and informations.
