The Project:
Create an ad concept to promote MetTel at the National Retail Federation Conference.

The Challenge:​​​​​​​
When an opportunity arose to promote MetTel’s solutions within the press room of the retail industry’s largest & most influential event in January 2015, I knew that a generic campaign wouldn’t suffice. Focusing on our audience’s pain-points, I set out to develop the concept and copy for a timely and memorable series of ads to stand out in a conference of over 30,000 attendees.
The Solution
With the holiday season freshly behind us and most advertisers opting to spotlight the retail blitz of the holiday season alone, I suspected an imminent fallout for retailers handling returns and exchanges in the month to follow. After investigating further my hunch paid off, with retailers processing billion of dollars in exchanges each January. As a communications solution provider, MetTel was uniquely capable of simplifying the chaos for retailers with our unified solutions.
The Copy:
"This January, retailer will expect billions of dollars in exchanges to be processed through voice, data, and mobile channels. MetTel simplifies communications for businesses, with cost-saving, unified solutions delivered on the nation’s most trusted networks."
The Result:
By shining a light on an ignored retailer predicament, MetTel was able to identify with its audience and differentiate among its competition.
