Self-guided Customer Onboarding
This project was aimed to reduce the human intervention in the customer on-boarding process. I extensively used story based progressive UI to give the best experience to the user.
I had to study the whole B2B on-boarding process - which involves extensive price negotiation between parties, document sharing for multiple times. Also, I met users & Relationship Managers to understand their pain points during the time-taking on-boarding process.
I also served as the Business Analyst and created necessary Requirements document and shared it with stake-holders.
