I was asked to retouch some photos for the release of a new album for singer-songwriter Cris Verso. The goal was to make the photos look great, without making her look fake.

I started with CR2 files, adjusting color to be similar to the photographer's edits from reference jpg's, with the intention of keeping the contrast and lighting as similar as possible within a set. I made adjustments in Photoshop for color, as well as skin, makeup, hair and flyaways, jaw line, clothing wrinkles, and removing any major distractions.
