"the green deck"
I researched green education processes and created a deck of cards for designers to use in initial conversations with clients to increase awareness of the benefits of sustainable design at Gensler. The cards were designed with two complimentary sides: one geared toward clients with some interest in sustainability and another geared toward cost-conscious clients to educate them in regard to the financial advantages of green building.

The view you see is the layout view. As actual printed cards there are two sides: Side A and Side B. The line down the middle is the fold.

++These cards are intended to educate clients about the benefits of sustainable design

Side A on each card represents:
The Client that is interested in sustainability and employing green strategies into their design.

Side B on each card represents:
The Client that is primarily concerned with creating cost-effective buildings, how they can profit from going green, improving employee morale, and increasing job retention.
