This residence with an extremely limited area was completely transformed into a totally functional space with divided zones including a combined kitchen, dining and living areas, bedroom, wardrobe and evidently bedroom. The main challenge for us was a very tight budget – at our disposal we had $ 30 000 for all constructional works, furniture, finishing materials and equipment purchase as well as installation of all the complements. The project was completed with assistance of local Ukrainian suppliers and furniture manufacturers, who reproduced furniture in accordance with our drawings.
