A localdevelopment project for Albisola Marina, Albisola Superiore and CairoMontenotte, Liguria, Italy…
We wereasked to increasethe value of the territory, through a segmented tourist offer linking food withthe natural resources and the local culture. The design process started from anobservation and analysis of the territory; interviewing the locals, visitingthe pottery industries while spending beautiful days enjoying their hospitality,eating their amazing food and listening to their stories.
The finaloutcome was a travelexperience: “Eat Our Culture”; four different paths focusing on the food,related to the four different stories that the territory and the inhabitantsare able to tell.
