As Brand Manager of 1st Class Sleep Diagnostics, I was in charge of establishing a brand platform for the company to build on. I noticed the opulent tastes of the owners and focused the brand to reflect a new type of healthcare. One without plain white walls, cold rooms, and insurance headaches. A place where the apprehensions and fears of spending the night in a medical lab can be alleviated, thus resulting in more accurate tests and patient satisfaction. Influenced by 5 star hotels and resorts and costing the same co-pay as any other lab, why would you go anywhere else?
Along with developing the brand strategy, I also designed a majority of the marketing collateral, lead the redesign of the website, co-founded a community outreach program called 1st Class REMedy, managed production and orders, created presentations, and continued to manage accounts.
