What's your identity?

Using the notion of the “hybrid”, which literally means the result of the union or
coexistence of two different elements, i. e. a being created by crossing beings, which
are genetically dissimilar, a series of personal objects is produced, such as a business
card and a calendar. Both produced objects attempt to comment on the question “What
is your identity?” And their creation emerges precisely from the inability to answer.
The business card is folded into equilateral triangles, inspired by the Surrealists’s
game “Exquisite corpse”, a method in which a collection of words or images is collectively
assembled. Each of the triangles bears a different image of a being, such that
depending on the way the recipient folds it, different combinations, different identities
are produced.
In a similar way and aesthetics, the personal calendar is again produced using
equilateral triangles, each of which corresponds to a different day of the month. Each
triangle opens separately and carries different images of objects and beings that, as
the months passes, grow and merge to produce a new, unified hybrid.
