This project was created as an idea for a new start up to design an App for parents to have the knowledge in real time where their child is. To know they are safe from pick up to drop off. The App would allow parents to see the bus in route, estimated time of arrival, alerts when delayed, final destination drop off.

Problem:
Parents want to have better accountability of tracking their children and school transportation when they are being transported to and from school.

Solution:
Analyzed user behavior and defined their particular pain points, creating surveys and user interviews. This allowed me to create user scenarios, features and flows. At the time there were not many competitors so researching other apps in this field was difficult.

Design Process:
• Ideate and create solutions for users.
• Interview users, create focus groups and test prototypes.
• Create a sitemap and flow with user scenarios.
• Create a moodboard. Being that the main users were adults we wanted a sophisticated overall look that users would find fluent and intuitive.
• List out requirements and phases.
• Create low fidelity wireframes, sketches.
• Evolved them into Sketch flow and then started to put the visual design together.
